The Goal:
Y&A needed more than just a website; they needed a filter. The client was spending too much time explaining basics on the phone to leads who ultimately weren't a fit. They needed an online home that clearly detailed their service checklists and showcased their results, effectively educating customers before they even picked up the phone.
Mobile Experience
Since many of Y&A's clients are booking on the go, the mobile site needed to be just as detailed as the desktop version. I ensured the service checklists were easy to read on small screens and that getting a quote or getting in contact is easily accessible throughout the site, removing friction for busy users.
The Outcome:
I designed a 6-page experience that answers questions before they’re asked. I created detailed checklists for every service so customers know exactly what they’re getting, and built a dedicated Gallery to prove the quality of their work. The design seamlessly integrates their existing brand colors and video, but keeps the structure simple enough for the client to manage on her own.
